You agree to notify net77c support immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. net77c will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials, unless such access resulted from a fault attributable to net77c.
net77c may at its discretion require additional verification steps, including two-factor authentication (2FA), when access from an unfamiliar device or location is detected. You agree to co-operate fully with any such security measures.
All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Deposits must be funded from sources owned by and in the name of the registered Account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for users based in Pakistan. All wager amounts, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in PKR. net77c does not apply hidden conversion charges; any applicable fees will be disclosed in the cashier before a transaction is confirmed.
net77c reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, net77c will notify the User and may request additional documentation before processing can resume.
net77c may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages, maximum permitted bet amount during wagering, and the time window within which the requirement must be completed are all stated in the individual promotion terms.
Any User found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematically low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or co-ordination with other Users — will have their bonus voided. Associated winnings may be forfeited and the Account may be suspended. net77c's determination on bonus abuse matters is final.
All bets placed on net77c are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any Wager.
net77c reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion. Bets are not considered accepted until confirmed by the Platform. In the event of a system error, network interruption, or display fault resulting in incorrect odds or market information being presented, net77c reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
In-play bets on cricket, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments, football, UFC, and other live events are subject to brief delays during processing. Odds displayed are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. net77c accepts no responsibility for losses arising from network latency on the User's side.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per Wager and per User Account. These limits are displayed in the relevant market or game before the Wager is placed. net77c reserves the right to adjust individual Account stake limits at its discretion.
Bets may be voided and stakes returned in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement beyond the stated settlement window; manifest pricing errors; incomplete events settled under force majeure; or where a User has placed a bet in contravention of these Terms. Void bets do not contribute to bonus wagering requirements.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.
